Shipping policy
Processing Time: Please allow 3-4 business days for order processing. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates and Carriers: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We primarily use Canada Post for all Canadian shipments and USPS for all US shipments. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, strikes, or the actions of the shipping carrier. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
Lost or Damaged Packages: In the event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at [Contact Email]. We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation. However, we are not liable for packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier’s possession.
International Shipping: We currently do/do not offer international shipping. Please check our checkout page for availability to your specific location.
Return Policy: We accept returns within a 10-day window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank policy.
Exchanges: We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
